Suzanne came to me just as she was starting Fitology Hub, her own Personal Training clinics.
The brief was to create a clean, fresh website with a professional feel. Suzanne was clear she didn’t want too much text on the site and wanted users to be able to easily find all information they needed from sections within the home page. The purpose of the site was to capture potential client’s interest, provide information on the company’s services and inform clients how to proceed.
Clean, crisp colours give the site a professional feel. An easy to navigate menu enables clients to navigate straight to the information they want. A long home page allows users to scroll finding what they need as they go, primarily in one place.
Providing testimonials from clients gives credibility to the services offered and highlights the quality training clients receive. Putting them into sliders minimises the text that is visible at any one time.
An easy to read price table gives users an immediate idea of costs. Simply providing links to alternative packages and further details limits initial text and encourages those interested in knowing more to navigate away from the home page.
We set up an online store enabling clients to purchase packages immediately. After going live we chose to edit the payment options available in order for Suzanne to have to contact clients directly and find out more about their goals and motivations prior to processing payment.
